Riddle Thing (Might be cool I don't know)

Hi so this week we have to make a riddle So here goes:


I am a bird yet I cannot fly
I wear a tux day and night
Yet I fish in the water
I live at the top and bottom of the world










So that's my riddle for you it was the best I could do I'm not very good at writing/thinking of riddles so this is one of my better ones that I thought of In like 5 minutes so bye I guess until next time.
